Tips Mengelola Keuangan Pribadi: CashFlow
February 28, 2010 at 6:43 pm | Posted in Finance | 4 CommentsTerkait dengan posting saya sebelumnya di Tips mengelola keuangan pribadi, saya akan memperjelas lagi hal-hal yang tertulis di sana sebagai tulisan terpisah. Kali ini saya akan menjelaskan mengenai ‘CashFlow’.
Sebenernya disini saya agak-agak masih belum mengerti dengan arti cashflow.. tapi yang saya sebut cashlow dalam catatan keuangan saya adalah terkait dengan aliran keluar uang dan masuk uang secara umum.. mengapa saya pisahkan catatan mengenai cashflow ini dengan catatan transaksional rutin bulanan? jawabannya adalah karena justru membingungkan saya, khususnya untuk bagian pencatatan pemasukan dalam sebulan. Ada saatnya pemasukan itu di awal bulan full semua, tapi ada saatnya pemasukan terpisah-pisah dalam beberapa waktu dalam waktu sebulan. Hal ini justru membuat saya kesulitan mengendalikan pengeluaran, karena jika pemasukan ada di tengah-tengah bulan, itu akan saya anggap sebagai tambahan uang bulanan, dan itu sebenarnya salah.. uang operasional bulanan harus masuk dalam anggaran/budget yang sudah ditentukan sejak awal bulan. Penambahan jumlah rekening maupun pemasukan tambahan seharusnya digunakan untuk hal yang lain, baik itu tabungan maupun dana cadangan untuk bulan berikutnya. p: “because you can have a settle job with certain income..”
c: “okay.. pa, I’ve put an application letter in a BUMN’s recruitment..”
p: “so..? when is the test? tell me the story”

Coincidence, Dream, n Hunch
Some times, in life we find several coincidences those surprise us and even make us think more about them after those happened. We thought them as a hunch or as a sign for something bigger would happen.
In my previous writing, Hanya Sekedar Kebetulan Kah?,I wrote several coincidence those made me amazed and couldn’t believe such things could happen. I used to think that these things happened for some reasons and these weren’t just coincidence..
But lately, I changed my mind.. I don’t believe those things anymore,.
Coincidence is exist.. Few things happen just as a coincidence, not more..
Let me tell you some about things that we can called by coincidences..
…
..First..
Several people said: “Hei mi, your face is so like your boyfriend (ex-boyfriend now), that could mean you two are soulmate..” –> this one is so wrong.. several, not just one people, so I just believed in it.. but… it turned to be just coincidence right? 
..Second..
I prayed: “God, please show me my soul mate”
In the night of the same day: “What a dream!!! having a ‘akad nikah’ with designate husband that I could see clearly who he was in my dream” (we usually have object in our dream blurry right?) –> but again, don’t you see I’m still here, single n mingle 
.. so, it’s just another coincidence, right?
..Third..
Having such this conversation:
A: (in mind) I want to go to BEC, hmm, let ask someone as company..
B: Mi, let’s go to BEC, I want to buy something..
A: Hee.. How could?? I just wanted to ask you as company to BEC..
And such conversation happens almost every day.. It’s not just coincidence that repeat every day right? it’s just happend because we have the same pattern of thinking..

Many answered that question by: ‘I want to be ‘
- strong
- patient
- iklash
- and so on..
but me, I answered this by ‘I want to be useful’.. that’s all I could think in that time..
coz I believe the feeling of being useless is one of the worst feeling I couldn’t stand,,
beside heart broken feeling of course..
useless feeling felt like combination of several feeling such as sad, bad mood, lonely, losing hope, and worst, it feels like no good thing could happen because of ourselves..
have u ever felt something like this? especially when u see the one u care about struggling in problems without anything that we can help to lighten the burden..
and worse,, if that one is the special one that can bring such inspiration in ur life lately..
God, please,, I wanna be useful for others, especially the ones who I care the most..
amiiin..
p.s: someone says that sometimes we can do nothing but pray to God to help people that we care ..

Serial ini bercerita ttg kehidupan mewah remaja di New York (klo nda salah nama kotana ).. Ceritanya juga tentang kehidupan sehari-hari mereka.. Ini serial tentang fraternity dan sorority.. semacam kelompok persaudaraan yang tinggal dalam satu asrama gitu..
fraternity yang buat cowok.. sorority yang buat cewek… di suatu College, biasanya ada beberapa fraternity dan sorority… dan pastinya ada yg paling top diantaranya.. dah kayak hukum alam,,, cowok dari fraternity paling top, pasangannya sama cewek dari sorority paling top juga.. mirip sama hukum alam di kebanyakan film remaja, bahwa ketua football mesti pacaran sama ketua cheerleader..
